Warsaw, 28 September 2016 – Building work has now started on one of Krakow’s most exciting office schemes. Podium Park is a complex of three interconnected 11-storey office buildings. The scheme’s total area amounts to more than 65 000 sqm. The scheme is being developed by DECON INVESTMENT Sp. z o.o. and the entity responsible for commercialization of the project is the real estate advisory firm CBRE.
