Podium Park

Podium Investment, a Kraków-based property developer has chosen Re-Bau as the general contractor for the finishing stage of building A that is under construction in the Podium Park office complex. The scheduled completion date of the first of its three buildings is June 2018.

“The construction of building A in the Podium Park complex is proceeding very swiftly. Recently, the building shell was finished without the doors, windows and interior walls. We also held the topping out ceremony for this building. Re-Bau has already taken over the building site and it is responsible for finishing the building as the general contractor”, said Wojciech Dobrzański, President of the Management Board of Podium Investment.

Re-Bau has extensive experience in building modern and prestigious office facilities. It specializes in the execution of projects in accordance with the BREEAM and LEED international certification standards. The company’s project portfolio includes facilities such as the CH2M Center Complex, the AVIA Office and Commercial Building and the EXPO Kraków International Exhibition and Congress Center.
Podium Park is being built in Kraków at the intersection of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego. This investment is being conducted in one of the fastest growing districts of Kraków with immediate, high quality access to the metropolitan transport system.

Modern environmental and engineering solutions are being employed in this complex. They include a rental agency offering electrical vehicles, scooters and bicycles, charging stations for electrical vehicles and a host of conveniences for bicyclists. Moreover, this office building has been planned to include working comfort conveniences for its future employees. For instance, the noise level will be limited to 40 dB and a modern air-conditioning system will offer up to 50% more air in the building than required by Polish standards.

Podium Park will also have green areas with a total area of 5,000 m2, including two green courtyards as well as an exceptional urban farming zone and two, two-level corridor connectors with a green zone on terraces with an area of 725 m2 each.

This investment project has been awarded prestigious BREEAM INTERIM certification at the level of Outstanding. “This investment project’s technical parameters make Podium Park a distinct project on the domestic market. “This property developer’s ‘post-construction’ certification-related aspirations are on par with European standards”, said Sławomir Gądek, Project Manager.
