A modern office building is being built in Kraków’s Czyżyny
Construction works on the modern office complex Podium Park in Kraków’s Czyżyny are under way. In connection with completion of the pre-lock-up stage in Building A, Podium Investment started to perform finishing works. Currently, according to the schedule, lock-up stage works in Building A are under way. Completion of the first building is planned for the end of June 2018. The project offers an unquestionable asset – perfect location which ensures quick access to all important business centers in Poland.
The capital of the Małopolska region, according to the latest studies, is one of the best locations in Europe for the business services sector. In 2016, over 50 thousand employees in this industry were employed in Kraków, which puts the city in the first position in Poland, ahead of Warsaw, Wrocław and the Tri-City.
Podium Park is being built in Kraków, at the junction of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego streets, in the immediate vicinity of the Kraków University of Technology, Kraków Technology Park, University of Physical Education and Tauron Arena. The location of the office building guarantees access to numerous facilities such as recreation areas, the Lotników Polskich Park, sports complexes and shopping centers.
Czyżyny is currently one of the fastest developing districts in Kraków with an unquestionable asset in the form of developed urban infrastructure. The office building has direct access to city transport and very good connections with Kraków’s most important districts and business centers throughout Poland. Near the project site there are numerous tram and bus stops ensuring convenient connections with the whole city. In addition, only 150 m from Podium Park, there is the Third Kraków Ring Road, ensuring unconstrained access to each place in Kraków, and 5.5 km from the office building, there is the Fourth Ring Road, thanks to which all those interested will have quick access to important places on Poland’s business map.
In the area where the office building is being built there are no traffic jams so you can very easily get to any place in Kraków both by public transport or by your own car. Within the radius of 500 m from the project there are numerous restaurants, cafes, grocery shops, nurseries, hotel, medical centers and conference centers.
