Podium Park

Warsaw, 7 September 2017 Podium Investment celebrates the completion of the top structural element of the modern Podium Park office building in Kraków. The traditional topping out ceremony was held in Building A. The completion of the pre-lock-up stage of the project is as scheduled, with is Fabet - Konstrukcje Sp. z o.o. as the contractor. The completion of stage I of the complex is scheduled for June 2018.

Podium Park is a modern complex of three office buildings located in an attractive location in the direct vicinity of the center of Kraków. The project is being developed at the junction of al. Jana Pawła II and ul. Izydora Stella-Sawickiego streets, next to the Kraków University of Technology, University of Physical Education, Technology Park and Tauron Arena. The location guarantees access to numerous facilities such as recreation areas, the Lotników Polskich Park, sports complexes and shopping centers. In addition, the site has direct access to city transport and very good connections with Kraków’s most important districts and business centers throughout Poland are ensured.

The project has obtained the prestigious international BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level for the “Design Stage”. The project has received one of the highest ratings in Europe in the office building category according to the latest certification criteria.

The building will feature above-the-standard solutions regarding, among others, environmental protection and bicycle infrastructure, e.g.: rental of electric cars, scooters and bicycles, 36 electric vehicle charging terminals (the most in Poland), 310 bicycle stands, 27 showers, 294 biker lockers and mobile bicycle repair station.

In addition, the project will offer green areas with the total area of 5,000 square meters, including two green courtyards which will provide a perfect place for active rest and relaxation. The complex will be also enriched by an exceptional “urban farming” zone and two two-level catwalks with a green zone in the terraces.

The office building will use state-of-the-art technologies supporting work comfort of all employees. The noise level in the offices will be limited to 40 dB and, thanks to the modern air-conditioning system, there will be up to 50% more air in the building than required by the Polish standards.
There will be three office buildings in the complex with the total area of the over-ground section of 64.400 square meters. The total area of the two-level underground section will exceed 27.000 square meters
