Ailleron chooses Podium Park

Warsaw, 17 June 2019 – Polish technological company Ailleron S.A. rents 8,600 m2 in the Cracow Podium Park, one of the most modern and ecological office complexes in Poland, thus marking one of the most significant transactions completed in 2019 on the Lesser Poland’s office market. On this noteworthy day the tenant was represented by the consulting firm Colliers International.
Podium Park is a complex of three linked 11-storey office buildings with a total lease area of more than 50,000 m2. As one of very few, it has been awarded the highest BREEAM Outstanding certificates. The complex is going to be located at the intersection of Jana Pawła II and Izydora Stella-Sawickiego streets. Podium Investment is the investor of the project, while Alior Bank S.A. provides the indispensable financial support for it.
Ailleron is going to rent 8,600 m2 of office area in Building B, which is under construction.
“Cracow has always been the second largest office centre in Poland, yet simultaneously it is one of the best places for the location of the sector of business services in our part of Europe, especially when it comes to IT,” says Anna Galicka-Bieda, representative of Ailleron and partner of Colliers International in Cracow. “There is a significant growth of the role of expansion and relocation in the volume of lease transactions. This indicates that companies from Cracow need more office space and more office space of a better quality.”

At the same time, the maximum thermal comfort is to be provided by the external elevation of the building, which has been designed in accordance with technical requirements and standards applicable from 2021,” adds Iwański.
